Beginning with Tilly's Mathilde Blouse

Hello and welcome to Sew Smittin!

In the past month I have discovered a passion for sewing clothes!
I attempted my first project Tilly's Mathilde Blouse and was hooked.
I started my sewing journey on my Smittin Treasures blog and I'm wanting to chart my progress ups and downs, warts and all on a separate blog.
Here are some photos from my first blouse.

Sharon's Blouse

My work colleague/friend Sharon is sewing along with me and
we will be doing the occasional pattern at the same time.

I'm looking forward to my new adventure and hopefully (!?!) some new clothes!

  1. Your first project? All those button holes and tucks? Amazing! That's a lovely Mathilde blouse (and Sharon's too), I really want to make another one, your choice of cotton lawn is perfect.
